Feel like you know what you should be doing but struggle to stick with it?

The Problem

We are drowning in health information - surrounded by a virtually infinite number of books, magazines, newsletters and articles. 24/7 access to research, expert advice, workout plans, calorie counters, and wellness apps.


Yet most of us still find it difficult to make healthy changes that we can sustain when life gets busy.


Why?


Because we are each unique individuals, but the health information we're receiving isn't unique. 

Generic advice doesn't account for our unique:

Until we learn how to filter and customize the information so it works for us, we will struggle to integrate and stick with long term changes.

The Solution

The Practice is a 12-week program where you work with a dedicated Health Coach to learn effective techniques and strategies for making lasting change. You will create your own unique system for moving better, eating better, and feeling less stressed.

Program Details

Duration: 12 Weeks

1:1 initial Health Assessment with a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach

10 weekly Coach-led 1 hr. practices and 2 solo challenge weeks.

Optional meetups with team and league members

The 2026 Summer Season Starts the weekend of June 6!

Teams of 4-8 people- Sign up as an individual or with a couple of friends and be matched to a team. 

Or signup as a 'private' team of 4-8 friends, coworkers, or family members.

Each team will have a set weekly practice time on the weekend, either Saturday or Sunday. This time is chosen and agreed upon by the team members prior to the beginning of the season. After registering today, you will receive a welcome packet containing a survey used to gather information on availability and  preferences. Team members are encouraged to meet outside of Team practice to workout together, try new activities, and support each other in achieving weekly goals. 


No. During weekly team practices we may walk and talk or experiment with movement but the focus is on learning how to integrate movement (and eating changes and stress management) into your life when you are NOT at practice. As you design your personalized routine and practice with it, you will choose and use the resources that work for you. (e.g. gyms, dance classes, hobbies)


Yes, the Practice program can be customized for a company or organization registering multiple teams. You can choose to have your own "League" for friendly, fun, and healthy competition. This a great team building opportunity and also a perfect compliment to an existing sports league. Please contact us to discuss pricing discounts and customizations.


Teams are typically coed and consist of 4-8 members. After registering, your welcome packet will include a survey used to gather information considered in the team formation process, such as geographic location for in-person teams and any preferences or limitations. 


Although The Practice is not directly billable to health insurers, certain medical conditions may qualify for reimbursement. Please contact us for more information.
