As your health coach I work with you to understand all the areas impacting your health, figure out where to start, how to build new lifestyle habits and routines, and help you realize lasting changes to your physical and mental health.
This work is done in 1:1 and group coaching sessions (remote or in-person) as well as workshops, webinars, and retreats.
