As your health coach I work with you to understand all the areas impacting your health, figure out where to start, learn how to build new lifestyle habits and routines, and help you realize lasting changes to your physical and mental health.
This work is done in 1:1 and group coaching sessions (remote or in-person) as well as workshops, webinars, and retreats.
During coaching, I support you in making lasting changes in whatever areas of your life you choose to focus on. Perhaps you want to improve your diet, establish a movement routine you stick with, or better manage an existing health condition. We work together to uncover the things holding you back and create a plan for moving forward.
