In these volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous times, how can you improve your communication, incorporate diversity of perspective, and adapt to changing conditions? How do you and your team make the impact you want to make in the world?
This workshop is designed to equip leaders with nature-inspired frameworks and practices that build adaptive capacity, enabling them to lead effectively through disruption, maintain personal and team resilience, and drive sustainable organizational change. We will incorporate real-life examples of challenges that you, as leaders, are facing in this moment and create a space to discuss ways to meet them and transform them into opportunities. Our discussion and activities will use the natural park setting as a classroom for exploring adaptive leadership strategies. And you will finish the workshop with an action plan to take back to your organization, building community along the way.
