Holistic health coaching is a personalized approach to wellness that considers all aspects of your life - your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. We partner to understand what areas of your life you want to make changes in - such as healthy eating, establishing a movement routine you stick with, or reconnecting with nature. Then we work together to figure out how to make those changes, establish new routines and behaviors, overcome challenges, and create your own system for staying healthy.

In a Shinrin-Yoku session you will explore the healing power of nature. Spend time reconnecting with your senses and the natural world around you. Reduce stress. Improve mood and immune function. Become connected.

Sometimes this world of constant connection and technology can be overwhelming. Learning how to use it smartly and intentionally is key to having a healthy balance in your life. I offer 1:1 and small group sessions (remote or in-person) where I help you find and use technology to solve problems and lower your stress and anxiety around using tech. I draw from 20 years of experience in the IT industry solving problems for companies and organizations of all shapes and sizes.
Repair your relationship with movement. Rekindle the energy and joy you felt moving and playing as a child. Explore what motivates you to move and what movement can look like as a regular part of your current life regardless of medical conditions and perceived limitations.
