Holistic health coaching is a personalized approach to wellness that considers all aspects of a your life - your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. The goal is to help you achieve balance and optimal health through sustainable lifestyle changes, stress management techniques, and a focus on prevention rather than just treating symptoms. As your coach, I work collaboratively with you to uncover the root causes of issues, examine your relationship with your physical and mental health, and develop customized plans to improve your overall wellbeing.

During your own Healthy Body Project you will learn and use evidence-based health coaching strategies alongside project management techniques to help you make incremental lasting behavior and lifestyle changes. You progress through the project working in partnership with your coach, first creating a vision of the healthiest version of you and designing a unique actionable plan, and then learning and applying behavioral change tools and techniques to achieve your objectives and make your vision a reality.
Projects are typically 12 weeks in duration and may be undertaken in a 1:1 or a group/team format.

In a Shinrin-Yoku session you will explore the healing power of nature. Spend time reconnecting with your senses and the natural world around you. Reduce stress. Improve mood and immune function. Become connected.

Learn tools and techniques to create new healthy habits or eliminate habits that no longer serve you. Understand how to integrate these habits and behaviors into your life to make sustainable changes that will last a lifetime.

Repair your relationship with movement. Rekindle the energy and joy you felt moving and playing as a child. Explore what motivates you to move and what movement can look like as a regular part of your current life regardless of medical conditions and perceived limitations.
