Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching

Holistic health coaching is a personalized approach to wellness that considers all aspects of your life - your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. The goal is to help you achieve balance and optimal health through sustainable lifestyle changes, disease management, stress reduction strategies, and addressing unhealthy circumstances and relationships in need of better management and boundary setting.  As your coach, I work collaboratively with you to uncover the root causes of issues, examine your relationship with your physical and mental health, and develop customized plans to improve your overall wellbeing.

Technology Coaching, Consulting, and Training

With the constant barrage of email and text notifications and the pressure to stay connected, many of us feel overwhelmed and burned out.  The use of technology has been linked to a range of physical and mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, lack of movement, isolation, and sleep disorders.  And at the same time, technology is integrated into almost everything that we do. 


Thankfully, if we learn how to use technology smartly, we can not only limit it’s negative effects, but we can also realize the positives that come from using it, such as the time-saving and stress relief we get from managing daily tasks better or the happiness we get from being socially connected. 

  

  • For individuals, I offer 1:1 sessions (remote or in-person) where I help you find and use technology to solve problems. I also help you learn how to secure your computers and devices and reduce the stress and anxiety around using tech. 
  • For groups, I work with your team to find and implement technical solutions, with a focus on the value it can create not only for the organization but also for the individuals within it.

Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing)

In a Shinrin-Yoku session you will explore the healing power of nature. Spend time reconnecting with your senses and the natural world around you. Reduce stress. Improve mood and immune function. Become connected.

Learn tools and techniques you can use to support your health journey. Learn how to create a Self-care System that fits your unique life circumstances and demands. Learn how to create new healthy habits and routines or eliminate habits that no longer serve you. Understand how to integrate these habits and behaviors into your life to make sustainable changes that will last a lifetime.

Movement Medicine

Repair your relationship with movement. Rekindle the energy and joy you felt moving and playing as a child. Explore what motivates you to move and what movement can look like as a regular part of  your current life regardless of medical conditions and perceived limitations.
